For a product question, include the model name and the specific part, instruction, or function you are asking about. If your enquiry concerns a purchase, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If you cannot find your order number, tell us that in your message.

3. Describe What Happened

Explain what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Include any error message exactly as shown, when the issue first appeared, and any steps you have already tried. These details help avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.

4. Add Images Only When Safe

A clear photo of the relevant part or message can help explain your question. Remove or cover unrelated personal information before sharing. Do not operate a potentially unsafe machine just to capture a photo or video, and do not open the housing to photograph internal components.

5. Keep Follow-Ups Together

If you email us again about the same question, reply in the existing email thread where possible. Add any new information or requested details there so the earlier explanation remains available in one place.
